Toby's Christmas Present

Mommy: "Do you want to go to Petsmart and get a present for Toby?"

Jackson: "No, Santa will bring him a present."

Santa

Mommy: "Who's that Christmas card for?"
Jackson: "Santa! I'm going to mail it to him at the North Pole. I need to get a present for him to put under the Christmas tree and make cookies with white milk & chocolate milk for Christmas eve!"

Such a sweetie, wanting to do so much for Santa!

Snowflake

Snowflake, our Elf on the Shelf, is sitting in Jackson's room today. At bedtime Jackson said:

"Daddy you need to leave my door open so Snowflake can fly back to the North Pole"

Chocolate Advent Calendar

Jack:  "What number do I get Mommy?"

Mommy: "The number 2's" (on all 3 calendars)

Jack: "Ok Mommy I got them!"  He opened all the 22's :)



Guess I need to be more specific about the numbers on the advent calendar...I told Jackson he could open all the 2's (on his & the girls calendars)....he opened all the 22s :) I said no not the 22's, the squares with just one 2.....so he points to 21 (a one and a 2!)......eventually we found just a 2 and at our chocolate!

Applesauce

"Big boys eat bumpy applesauce!"

Don't Touch!

"Non touche pas!!"

Bedtime Stories

"I need three stories tonight, because I'm three!"

Pepe

"I'm not Jackson, I'm Pepe!"

~ Jackson has been pretending to be "Pepe" (Handy Manny's nephew) for two days now!

Sweet Dreams

"Love you. Sweet dreams Mommy."

Bedtime

Jackson: "It's not past my bedtime yet."

Mommy: "Yes it is."

Jackson: "Oh....I was just kidding!"

Twins

Mommy: "Jackson do you know what twins are?"

Jackson: "Kaitlyn and Makayla!"

The Purple One

Jackson's answer when asked which baby sister he wanted to sit beside in the minivan:

"I want the purple one to sit beside me today."


*The "purple one" is Kaitlyn, Makayla is the "pink one"  :)

Quiet Time

"I'm done my lunch, I'm going up to my room for quiet time now. Come on Geoffrey."

When I grow up....

"I'm going to be a teacher when I grow up so I can teach the little kids!"

After spending the afternoon pretending to be a teacher and writing notes and activities in his notebook :)
